Interest rates, products, and loan terms are subject to change without notice. Loan applications go through Cornerstone First Mortgage's own systems, which have their own privacy notices.

What we collect

When you submit a form on this site, we collect what you type: your name, phone number, email address, and what you tell us about the loan you want, such as buying, refinancing, or financing an investment property. Do not put a Social Security number, a bank account number, or other sensitive financial information in a form on this website. We do not ask for those here.

Like most websites, the server may also record basic technical information, such as browser type and the pages you open.

How we use it

We use what you submit to answer you: to call or text you, answer questions, see whether we can help, and schedule you with a Loan Officer. We also use it to run this site and to keep records a mortgage rule requires us to keep.

By submitting a form on this site, you agree that RC Lending Advisors and Cornerstone First Mortgage, LLC may call and text the phone number you provide about your inquiry, including with automated technology. Who we share it with

We share inquiry information with Cornerstone First Mortgage, LLC, our lender, and with the customer relationship management vendors that run our forms and follow-up. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with unrelated companies for their own marketing.

We keep inquiry information while we are working with you, and longer when a mortgage record-keeping rule requires it. The period depends on the record. This page does not state one number of years.
