What does rate and term change?
The rate, the term, or both. The programs page lists it as a way to lower the rate or restructure the term. It is not the cash-out program.
Can you beat another lender's offer?
The rates page says: send the official Loan Estimate from a licensed competitor, dated within the last 7 days, for the same program, lock, and scenario. RC Lending Advisors will match it and beat it, or credit $1,000 at closing.
Is the calculator my rate?
No. Calculators on the site are estimates. Your rate comes from the call.
